Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India for orders received on our website. For International Orders, orders are received on Customer Care or Whatsapp (+91-78891-33065) of company.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order by clicking TRACK ORDER link in the menu.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ENTERRO CHESS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages

7. Missing or Delayed Orders

8. International Shipping Policy
We do ship outside India with extra shipping charges as per country. ENTERRO CHESS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
